These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tai Chi Planner (the "Service"), operated by Tai Chi Planner ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website, taking the quiz, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tai Chi Planner generates a personalized Tai Chi practice plan based on answers you provide to a short quiz about your age, body, and goals. The Service is for general wellness and educational purposes only.

2. Not medical advice

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise, but the Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, have had recent surgery, experience frequent dizziness, or have severe joint issues. You assume all risk associated with physical activity undertaken using your plan.

3. Accounts

To access your plan and downloads across devices, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, as it is used to verify your identity and restore your purchases.

4. Payment and access

Tai Chi Planner is offered as a single one-time payment of $9.99. This is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. Your payment grants lifetime access to the personalized plan and downloads generated for your account.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: a refund applies if your transaction is canceled or fails due to a technical issue; once your transaction succeeds and your plan is ready for download, the purchase is fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using automated means, interfering with its normal operation, or reproducing, reselling, or redistributing plans or content without our permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Tai Chi Planner, including text, graphics, plan templates, and branding, is owned by Tai Chi Planner or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use your generated plan for your own practice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, result, or level of improvement from using your plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tai Chi Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from participation in Tai Chi or related physical activity undertaken using the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
